Donald Zimmerman and Associates was formed in Northfield
in 1978 to bring quality appraising to the metropolitan Chicago area.



As the area grew, the firms geographic area of coverage expanded
to all of Illinois and the bordering states of Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana.
